to these contracts to buy a puppy.

Health and Care Contract
This is a contract between the seller and the buyer.
1. The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water at all times, shelter, affection, love, and medical care,
including all necessary shots and medication recommended by the veterinarian.
2. The Buyer shall provide the dog with veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at
least once a year for an annual health examination and routine vaccinations.
3. The Buyer shall provide the dog with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county,
and municipal laws and ordinances where the Buyer resides.
4. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a veterinarian within three (3) days of the date of purchase for a physical
examination to determine the health of the pup.
5. The Buyer shall pay a purchase price of __________, as well as all shipping charges and related expenses with regard to
the delivery of the puppy to the Buyer.
6. The Buyer agrees that it is the Buyer's responsibility to accept the puppy as described. The Breeder has provided and the
Buyer has acknowledged a full disclosure of the health, habits, and temperament of the puppy below.
7. The Buyer agrees that the Breeder is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident, or injury resulting from the
dog.
To the best of my knowledge, the puppy is in good health condition at the time of the sale. The buyer has a general health
guarantee until 7:00 pm on _________ during the time he or she can have the puppy or puppies go through an examination by a
licensed veterinarian. If any serious problems, genetic defects or disabilities (after an autopsy if such caused the death of a
puppy), it can be returned for the price of purchase or for a puppy of equal value.
No guarantee can be given to the size, color, disposition, life-span, show quality, breeding quality, or the amount of breeding of
any puppy.
In any refund case, the puppy must be accompanied by 1) a statement from a licensed Vet stating the nature of what is wrong
and why it is life threatening, or 2) an autopsy report if the puppy has died because of some defect.
All warranties are null and void if a puppy’s sickness is brought on by neglect, poisoning, injury, choking, weather, etc.
The seller is in no way responsible for any expenses for the puppy whatsoever, including: medical, veterinarian, shipping, food
and toys, etc.

Deposit Policy: Please consider every aspect of bringing a new puppy into your
family before you place a deposit. A deposit means that you are applying a true and
serious commitment to give a loving home to one of our puppies.
Once the deposit is paid, it is NOT refundable.
We do NOT take deposits on upcoming and expected litters. I will put your name on a
list for upcoming and expected litters.
Deposits can be made by Paypal, money order, or cashier's check.
Final payment MUST be made by Paypal, cash, wire transfer, or money order.
All puppies MUST be paid for in full before shipping.
